Escape Vader is a Star Wars-inspired Fortnite horror experience by Beyond Creative. As the game expanded with new characters and updates, the team needed three distinct logo variations featuring Darth Jar Jar, Emperor Palpatine, and Boba Fett. Termas Designs developed custom 3D game logo treatments that gave each character a unique visual identity while maintaining consistency with the original Escape Vader branding.

Beyond Creative needed three character-themed logo variations that would feel fresh and distinctive without losing the recognizable Escape Vader identity. Each design had to capture a different personality, from Jar Jar's mischievous Sith takeover to Palpatine's imposing authority and Boba Fett's action-driven aesthetic, while maintaining a consistent visual style across the series.
We approached each variation with a different creative direction while preserving the established Escape Vader branding. For Darth Jar Jar, we explored graffiti-inspired lettering, red lightsaber effects, and dark humor to suggest the original logo had been vandalized by a new villain.
Palpatine's version introduced powerful imperial-inspired typography with electric blue and purple lightning to communicate Sith authority and his alliance with Vader. For Boba Fett, we focused on bold metallic 3D lettering, fiery orange accents, and flamethrower-inspired effects to reflect his bounty hunter identity.
Together, these three approaches allowed each character to stand out while remaining part of the same recognizable game series.
For Boba Fett, I wanted to give the logo a more aggressive look while keeping it consistent with the rest of the series. I incorporated flames and metallic textures to reflect the character's recognizable aesthetic.
For Emperor Palpatine, I focused on creating a more powerful and intimidating look. I incorporated blue and purple Force lightning alongside bold typography to reflect the character's personality while keeping the design consistent with the rest of the series.
For Darth Jar Jar, I wanted to give the original Escape Vader logo a darker, more chaotic look while keeping it recognizable. I incorporated graffiti-inspired lettering and red lightsaber effects to reflect the character's unexpected villainous side.

The completed series gives Escape Vader three distinct character-themed identities while maintaining a consistent visual connection to the original game. Each design introduces its own personality through typography, color, and cinematic effects, creating a flexible visual system for character announcements, game updates, and promotional content.
